USATF Masters Indoor Championships Announced by Maryland’s Sports Commission



BALTIMORE, Md. — The USA Track & Field (USATF) Masters Indoor Championships returns to Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, Md., March 16-18.
The USATF Masters Indoor Championship was last held in Maryland in March 2013.
The event brings athletes from 30 to 100 to compete and showcase a lifetime of fitness. The athletes are reigning world champions, former Olympians, recent world record setters, defending national champions and many Washington Metro area stars who will showcase track and field events in race walking and the men’s and women’s pentathlon.
Registration closes Feb. 15, but there is still time for those who would like to compete. To register, athletes must meet the minimum age requirement of 30 and be a USATF member. The sport is inclusive and can accommodate any skill level.
