Registrations Strong For State Games In Lincoln This Summer

LINCOLN, Neb.—More than 600 athletes from 33 different states and Washington, D.C., are already registered to participate in the 2015 State Games of America, set for July 28-Aug. 2 in Lincoln, Omaha and surrounding communities. 

Top sports include track and field, swimming, archery, bowling, taekwondo, triathlon and 
pickleball.

Stars from around the country, including Olympic Track and Field athlete/bobsledder 
Lolo Jones and the Southern California-based Metal Mulish, will be in Lincoln headlining the Opening Ceremonies on July 31 at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln.

A crowd of 50,000 is expected at the Opening Ceremonies.
